Analytics for IoT
and connected devices

Understand device performance and user behavior across your connected ecosystem. Unify IoT, web and mobile data, monitor your fleet at scale and turn real-world usage into better connected experiences.

Key questions

Answer your most critical IoT questions

The three questions we hear most often in this space, and how Countly answers them on data you keep.

How is my hardware performing in the field?

Monitor device health, error rates and battery life to identify issues before they reach customers.

How do users interact with my devices?

Which features are used most, and how behavior differs across device models.

How can I collect data from offline devices?

Offline tracking stores data on the device and syncs when a connection returns, so events wait on the device until it reconnects.

How Countly helps

How Countly powers IoT analytics

One platform covers the whole loop: Capture, Analyze, Act, Adapt. The insight and the action stay in the same place.

  1. 01

Collect from any device, online or offline

SDKs adapt to custom hardware and embedded systems; Offline capture with sync when the connection returns.

  2. 02

Unify data into a single view

Hardware, companion apps and web dashboards in one place.

  3. 03

Monitor and analyze the fleet at scale

Dashboards for health, performance and usage, with alerts for critical errors.

Questions about
Connected devices & IoT

Straight answers for this space. For anything else, talk to us.

Can we self-host Countly?

Yes. Self-host Countly on your own infrastructure and device data stays within the infrastructure you operate, including air-gapped networks for hardware that never touches the public internet.

Which platforms can Countly capture data from?

Embedded devices, companion apps, web dashboards and backend systems, through Countly SDKs for C++, Java, Node.js, iOS, Android, Web, Flutter, React Native, Unity and Windows, plus APIs for any hardware that can make an HTTP request.

Does Countly work when devices are offline?

Yes. The SDKs store events on the device and send them when a connection returns, so data from a kiosk, vehicle or field device arrives when the device does.

Can we see device health and user behavior together?

Yes. Crash and error data, performance traces and custom events sit next to user behavior, so you can see what a user did before a device error and which device models are affected.
