What is Countly Flex?

Flex is Countly in a dedicated environment that Countly operates for you, in the region you choose. Advanced Analytics is included from day one, and you can add Adaptivity and Intelligence when your team needs them.

Where does my data live?

In a dedicated environment in the region you choose, across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. It’s never pooled with other customers, and no other customer shares your compute.

Who runs the environment?

Countly does. We provision, update and monitor your instance, so your team can focus on the product. A 99.99% uptime SLA is available as an add-on. If you need to run Countly on your own infrastructure, that’s Countly Enterprise.

How is Flex priced?

Flex starts at $175 per month, priced by monthly active users (MAU). As you grow, pricing follows your MAU count and the add-ons you choose. There are no seat charges, so you can invite your whole company.

What’s included, and what are the add-ons?

Advanced Analytics is included: event tracking, sessions, user profiles, views, alerts, dashboards and reporting. Adaptivity adds push, in-app messaging, Journeys, experiments, surveys, Adaptive Variables and Hooks. Intelligence adds funnels, retention, flows, formulas, crashes, Drill, the database viewer and Cee, Countly’s AI analyst.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Flex includes a 14-day free trial.

Which platforms can I track?

Web, mobile, desktop, connected products and server-side systems, through Countly SDKs for iOS, Android, Web, Node.js, Flutter, React Native, Unity, C++, Java and Windows, plus APIs for custom ingestion.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time. After you cancel, backups of your data are kept for 7 days and then deleted.
